“Break down the walls of selfishness. Make your love so vast and profound that it contains all living things. " Paramahansa Yogananda

Today is Valentine's day, the day of the love, which was established by Pope Gelasius I in 496, in memory of Valentino from Terni, saint and Christian martyr, considered for some time now the patron saint of lovers.

Valentine's Day has always been connected tolove, that feeling that makes us beat the the heart, which gives us the force to go on even when everything appears dark and when we don't see the way out.

But what would happen if we really started to live love?

Living love means being love, and having so much of this feeling within oneself, that it can be poured elsewhere, not only towards human beings, who resemble us so much, but also towards everything around us, plant e animals non-humans, which are part of ours IT world;, and that make it so unique and amazing!

A tip for this Valentine's Day

We have always lived on 14 February dedicating all our energy to our lover, our 2-legged life partner, the one who makes our days unique, which keeps us compagnia, which makes us smile even when we want to cry ...

But today we try to fall in love with life as such, with all the lives that we have around, even with the smallest and most defenseless ones, with those who cannot speak our language but that, with their eyes, with a movement of tail or with a twitter, they know how to transmit us more than any other being in the world, animals!

Whoever has an animal companion, be it 4-legged full of hair or bristles, or a two-legged and unforgettable song, will be a lucky companion, because he will be able to share his day with an individual who will give him unconditional love, who will always be at his side even in the most unpleasant situations and who will wait for him with wide eyes ready to jump, bark, meow, neigh, flutter, bellow and why not, grunt on his return!

We dedicate this Valentine's Day to ours animal friends, those who live happily near their human companion, and those less fortunate who are still waiting for someone to extend their hand!

Don't you have a pet near you?

Quiet, today is the day of love, and in your city there will surely be many animals looking for a house and ready to give themselves ... so it's not too late to live the love of this Valentine's Day ... your non-human soulmate is somewhere just waiting you!
