Ethological Training Activities
Their center in San Marcello Piteglio (PT), is a training, research and innovation laboratoryThey take in horses that need to recover from difficult behavioral situations, train riders through comprehensive educational programs, and organize internships, information days, and intensive courses.
Among their activities are:
- Behavioral training and recovery: based on a correct knowledge of the horse's psychology, its learning and its natural needs.
- Riding School: individual and group theoretical and practical courses for beginners and professionals.
- Full Immersion e Stage: training courses and days, to provide the foundation needed to develop a concrete understanding of horses and horsemanship.
- Dissemination, research and development in the equestrian field: collaboration with universities, veterinarians, experts, scientists and researchers
Horse XP Conference 2025: A Unique Opportunity
On March 15th and 16th 2025, Ethological Training organized the Horse XP Conference, a non-profit event held at the Fondazione Teatro Dynamo Camp, with expert speakers from across Europe, the United States and Australia.
The aim was to promote science at the service of equine well-being and raise funds for equine research.
Horse XP celebrated 10 years of Ethological Training, with a innovative format that combines theory, practice, scientific dissemination and narration of experiencese. Participants – both in person and via livestream – were able to attend conferences, debates, and interactive sessions to reflect on a more informed equestrian future.
We at Union BIO were privileged to be present and share in a significant opportunity for growth and discussion.
